At 5AM no one at the front desk could locate or even care that t was missing. I called to check on the phone and it seemed to have disappeared. I waited for about 20 minutes then went to my room to pack as I was scheduled to leave at 5 am. He took my Samsung cell phone and locked it in one of the chargers. The front desk manager said there was a wall mounted charger station in a room off the side of the front desk.
On20 December at 8 pm I went to the front desk to inquire about the availability of a phone charger.
I was staying at the Beau Rivage from 17-21 December 2022.
